Duck Creek Golf Course is an exceptional opportunity to redevelop an aging and unsustainable golf course in Garland, Texas. Current course conditions are some of the worst in the country. In addition to the golf playing surfaces, the creeks and infrastructure have not been maintained, creating drainage issues throughout.
